Description
The Plastic Film Embossing Machine imparts physical, three-dimensional textures, patterns, and matte finishes onto otherwise flat plastic films (PE, PP, PVC, and BOPP). This process is crucial for creating anti-slip surfaces, decorative packaging, breathable hygiene films, and faux-leather finishes. The web passes between a laser-engraved steel master roller and a resilient rubber backing roller under immense hydraulic pressure and controlled heat, permanently "pressing" the continuous pattern into the film matrix.
