Description
The VIVA BOPP Tape Coating Machine is a complete, industrial-scale manufacturing line that transforms raw BOPP film and liquid adhesive into finished jumbo rolls of packing tape. Typically running water-based acrylic adhesives, the line features a high-precision Mayer Bar or Comma coating head to apply a perfectly uniform adhesive layer. The coated film then travels through a massive, multi-zone thermic fluid or hot-air drying tunnel before being rewound into a master jumbo roll on a continuous turret rewinder.
